At SPELL, we want you to feel as beautiful as you look in our designs, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure your garments are in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated collection point, keeping your tracking number for peace of mind.
